Intermediate Pastoral Spanish B
After reviewing fundamental grammatical structures and vocabulary, students will learn to use the subjunctive, the passive voice, conditional sentences and other complex sentence structures. Through the reading and discussion of passages from the Scriptures, they become familiar with biblical vocabulary. They develop a clear and fluent speech pattern through the practice of public readings. Emphasis is placed on oral and written practice and on developing an awareness of the Hispanic culture and language of the Southwestern United States. Credit/No Credit.
Prerequisite: Sp 112B or Placement Exam. Fall/Spring.
